Ersin Güven

Professional Experience 

Ersin graduated from TOBB University of Economics and Technology with a degree in Business Administration and holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Data Analysis from the same university. During his academic journey, he completed three long-term internships in both private and public sectors, gaining experience in tax audit, budgeting, and financial reporting. After his graduation, he worked in multiple finance roles including positions in a venture capital fund and an international NGO. He managed financial reporting processes, prepared budgets for donor-funded projects, and coordinated directly with international stakeholders. His experience spans budget control, grant reporting, and financial operations in dynamic and multicultural environments.

Role in Manay CPA

At Manay CPA, Ersin works as a Jr. Associate and supports various accounting and tax processes. His responsibilities include client onboarding, monthly bookkeeping, financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP, and individual and corporate tax filings. He actively contributes to improving reporting processes and supports cross-functional tasks across departments. Ersin is excited to be a part of Manay CPA’s diverse team and aims to enhance his knowledge of U.S. accounting systems, tax regulations, and international compliance standards. His goal is to further grow within the firm and eventually obtain his CPA license.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Ersin enjoys spending quality time with his dog, which he considers his greatest hobby. He loves going on long walks and discovering new places with his furry friend. He also has a passion for amateur street photography and enjoys capturing spontaneous moments in urban life. In addition, he finds joy in creating digital illustrations and engaging in visual design projects, which allow him to express his creativity in meaningful ways.
