Professional Experience 

Hakan has a solid background in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marmara University. He began his professional career at Deloitte, where he worked as a Senior Auditor and took part in financial statement audits across multiple industries. During this period, he gained hands-on experience in consolidation processes, internal controls, and financial analysis. He later transitioned into corporate finance roles at the holding level, focusing on budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis. His professional approach is shaped by strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured mindset.

Role in Manay CPA

At Manay CPA, Hakan works as an Associate within the Accounting Operations team, providing accounting support to international clients. His responsibilities include onboarding new clients, supporting new business formations, and issuing invoices. He is involved in the preparation of depreciation schedules and GAAP-compliant financial statements. He also supports tax-related processes such as tax returns, tax research, and tax consultancy. In addition, Hakan contributes to payroll operations for both individual and corporate clients. Through his role, he supports the efficient and accurate delivery of Manay CPA’s accounting and advisory services.

Personal Interests

Outside of his professional life, Hakan has a strong interest in music and the arts. He plays the piano, guitar, and oud, and enjoys exploring different musical styles in his free time. Reading is an important part of his daily routine, and he takes pride in his carefully curated personal library.
