Professional Experience
Irem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bilkent University and began her career in Human Resources as an HRBP Assistant at Bosch Siemens House Appliances. During nearly one year in this role, she gained hands-on experience supporting core HR processes and employee lifecycle operations within a corporate environment. This early experience provided her with a strong foundation in people operations, stakeholder collaboration, and structured HR practices.
Over the past four years, Irem has worked as a Global Talent Partner in international and remote-first organizations. Most recently, she held this role at a Sweden-based technology scale-up, collaborating with a highly multicultural team across global markets. Throughout her career, she has combined strong operational skills with a people-centered and empathetic approach, contributing to employee experience, process improvement, and scalable people practices.
Role in Manay CPA
At Manay CPA, Irem works as a People & Culture Associate, supporting core HR processes and people-focused initiatives across the organization. Her role includes contributing to employee lifecycle operations, internal coordination, and People & Culture projects. She collaborates closely with team members to ensure smooth processes, policy alignment, and a positive employee experience. Through her work, she aims to support a transparent, inclusive, and people-centered work environment.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Irem enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures, which helps broaden her perspective both personally and professionally. She values continuous learning and enjoys reading and discovering topics related to human behavior and personal development. She also has a strong interest in pottery and regularly attends workshops to further develop her skills and creativity.
