Melike Aydoğan

Professional Experience

Melike earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Çankaya University. She participated in the U.S. Work and Travel program for two summers, gaining practical experience in the service industry. She began her career as a Sales Specialist at Campusedu, advising students on international exchange programs and coordinating with U.S. sponsors. She completed her MBA at Incheon National University in South Korea, where she strengthened her data analysis skills using R, SQL, SPSS, and Microsoft Office. While in Korea, she worked as a Cultural Education Coordinator at the Global Culture Museum of Songdo, developing bilingual educational programs. Most recently, she worked as a Marketing Specialist at Gmoney Trans in Seoul, managing marketing campaigns and overseeing the brand’s digital presence. Her diverse academic and professional experiences have equipped her with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills in multicultural settings.

Role in Manay CPA

At Manay CPA, Melike works as a Junior Associate, supporting key areas such as client onboarding, business formation, invoice issuance, financial statement preparation, and taxrelated services. She also helps manage payroll operations. Melike feels that the team at Manay CPA creates a warm, family-like atmosphere, and she truly enjoys being part of such a supportive and genuine work environment. She also appreciates the opportunities for growth the team provides and sees them as an important part of her professional journey.

Personal Interests

Melike finds joy and freedom in hip-hop and Latin dance; they’re her favorite ways to unwind and express herself. She loves learning new languages and getting to know different cultures. Traveling brings her great joy, as it allows her to experience life from different perspectives.
