Yusuf Çanak

Professional Experience

Yusuf Canak holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Anadolu University and has also completed graduate-level studies in Applied Economics at the University of Padua, Italy. He has developed a strong foundation in financial operations, customer relationship management, and data analysis. Prior to joining Manay CPA, he supported various accounting and finance tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting. His approach blends precision with a clear understanding of client needs and expectations.

Role in Manay CPA

At Manay CPA, Yusuf works as a Jr. Accounting Associate, supporting a wide range of accounting and finance operations. His responsibilities include assisting with the client onboarding process, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reconciliations, and supporting the preparation of monthly reports and analyses. He is also involved in accounts payable/receivable tasks and contributes to the preparation of corporate and individual tax documents, including 1099s and sales tax returns. Yusuf is developing his skills in U.S. GAAP and is eager to gain hands-on experience in areas such as payroll support, depreciation schedules, and audit preparation.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Yusuf enjoys playing tennis, solving logic puzzles, and traveling to experience new cultures. These hobbies help him stay focused, curious, and mentally sharp. He also follows developments in fintech and the evolving intersection of finance and technology, combining his personal interests with professional goals.
