Beyza has a diverse professional background spanning production, human resources, and international trade. She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She gained early experience in human resources through internships, where she was involved in recruitment, onboarding, payroll-related processes, and SAP operations. She later worked in international trade as an Export Intern, managing communication with international customers and supporting export and logistics operations. Working across different functions and industries has strengthened her adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills. She enjoys learning new areas and continuously expanding her professional knowledge.
Role in Manay CPA
Beyza joined Manay CPA as a Jr. Associate in the Accounting Operations team. In her role, she supports a variety of accounting operations, including invoicing, financial statements, tax-related processes and other accounting activities. She is particularly excited about developing her knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and gaining experience in an international business environment. Her background in business administration and experience working across different business functions provide a strong foundation for her new role. She values accuracy, organization, and continuous learning in her work. As part of the Manay CPA team, Beyza looks forward to developing her accounting expertise while contributing to the team and supporting clients effectively.
In Daily Life
Outside of her professional life, Beyza enjoys creative activities and discovering new interests. Creating handmade pieces is one of her favorite hobbies, and she particularly enjoys designing and sewing. She also enjoys reading and discovering books that offer different stories and perspectives. Traveling and exploring new places, cultures, and experiences are among her interests as well. She enjoys learning new things and developing new skills in her free time. For Beyza, creative activities are a great way to relax, express herself, and bring new ideas to life.
