Professional Experience
Eda is a graduate of Bogazici University with a BA in Tourism Management. She continues her studies for her Master of Business Administration at Istanbul University. Eda has been a Certified Public Accountant in Turkey since 2021.
Eda began her career at Turkish Airlines’ catering firm DO&CO as an assistant accounting specialist. She gained experience in financial statements, tax, and daily accounting practices. After three and a half years, she worked for Atlasglobal Airlines for two years in different accounting roles where she provided financial planning and reporting services. She also has 6 months of accounting and finance experience at a consumer goods firm where she led the company’s ERP transition. Eventually, Eda has two years at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts specializing in international collections in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role has enabled Eda to collaborate with international teams in a global workplace.
Role in Manay CPA
Eda provides accounting support to major financial accounting areas including Onboarding New Clients, New Business Formation, Issuing Invoices, Depreciation Schedules, Financial Statements according to GAAP, all types of Tax Returns, and Tax Research, and Tax Consultancy. Payroll for both individuals and corporates and other accounting and sales duties as needed.
Eda is enthusiastic about the opportunity at Manay CPA and is delighted to be able to gain valuable experience with such a great company. Personal Interests
Outside of work, Eda enjoys walking in nature and sports like Pilates. Online learning, science books, and novels are a must-have for her. She loves learning new languages and cooking recipes from different cuisines for different tastes. Last but not least, she loves traveling.
