Professional Experience
Elif completed her psychology degree at Bilkent University in 2019. In her senior year, she worked as an intern to the psychological counselor in a private school for two semesters. She got her Clinical Psychology Master’s degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2022. During her graduate education, she was also working as a freelance human resources specialist, which formed her career goals. Besides her experiences in psychology and human resources departments, she also explored her creative side by working as a remote game designer.
Role in Manay CPA
Elif started her career in Manay CPA as a Human Resources Junior Associate in April 2023. She will support the company in recruitment, onboarding, training and employee satisfaction.
Personal Interests
Elif is interested in digital illustrations and dancing. She has a background as a dancer and a choreographer and continues to participate in dancing classes. She is currently improving her illustration and graphic design skills.
