Professional Experience

Latricia began her career as a Process Analyst with Andersen Consulting in which she gained valuable experience in analyzing and enhancing the process and procedures of financial systems and work flow. Later she entered into the world of finance and accounting and gained a myriad of experience in accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting with Media Vehicles, Storage Tek, Home Depot, and Mohawk Industries. Working in both departments over several years, she has leveraged her knowledge to create a comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance systems. Her financial reports have been instrumental in the decision-making process and moving organizations forward in accomplishing key initiatives.

Role in Manay CPA

As a graduate of Florida A&M University and a CPA, Latricia looks forward to lending her expertise as a Senior Associate to Manay CPA. She will be instrumental in working closely with a variety of clients to prepare and review financial data and statements in accordance with GAAP, assist in the preparation of tax returns and tax research, as well as onboarding new clients. Latricia is excited about her new role and looks forward to gaining valuable experience, enhancing her overall knowledge through education and training, and implementing new processes and procedures that will enhance Manay’s overall productivity.

Personal Interests

During her personal time, Latricia enjoys baking. She bakes cookies and cakes and shares them with her family members and friends. Latricia also enjoys hiking, bicycling with her pampered pooch, long walks, and travelling.
