Experience
Ceren holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Yaşar University, where she studied with a full scholarship. During her undergraduate studies, she also started a double major in Economics and a minor in Law. She later pursued a Master’s degree in International Relations at Yaşar University, also with a full scholarship. She began her professional career with internships at the Turkish Sailing Federation and BASF, gaining experience in international relations and digital marketing. She then spent nearly three years at PwC Türkiye as a Transfer Pricing Consultant, working on transfer pricing reports, benchmarking studies, tax audits, and restructuring projects for companies from different industries. This experience strengthened her skills in research, financial and business analysis, working with international clients, and managing detailed projects. She later joined Hapag-Lloyd, where she gained experience in international shipping operations, documentation, and working with different teams in a global business environment.
Role in Manay CPA
At Manay CPA, Ceren works as an Associate and contributes to projects involving international companies and their financial and tax-related processes. She supports the team in day-to-day project work while developing her knowledge of U.S. accounting and tax practices. Her previous experience at PwC and Hapag-Lloyd allows her to bring an international business perspective to her current role. She is also gaining hands-on experience with U.S.-based clients and continuing to expand her knowledge through working with the Manay CPA team.
In Daily Life
Outside of work, Ceren enjoys traveling, reading, spending time in nature, and discovering new places. She has a particular interest in different cultures and international affairs. She also enjoys watching films and TV series, as well as spending time with her family and friends. When traveling, she especially likes exploring local cafés, restaurants, and places with a unique character.
