Experience
Buse graduated from Cankaya University in 2022 with a degree in Psychology. Also, she completed her master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology at the same university as a top student. During her master’s years she worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the psychology department. In 2024, she started her Human Resources career in a Netherlands based start-up company where she also supported her colleagues in business development.
Role in Manay CPA
At Manay CPA, Buse spearheads both internal and client recruitment efforts, utilizing diverse strategies to attract top talent and ensuring a strong onboarding process. She builds strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, leverages HR analytics for data-driven decision-making, and helps align recruitment practices with organizational goals. In addition, she manages end-to-end hiring processes for multiple clients, acting as a key bridge between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience.
In Daily Life
In her daily life, Buse really enjoys doing sports. Pilates and basketball are her favorite activities. Besides that, she has a huge library and reads all kinds of books, but romantic ones are her favorite. Last but not least, she takes pleasure in cooking gluten-free desserts.
