Experience
Buse graduated from Cankaya University in 2022 with a degree in Psychology. Also, she completed her master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology at the same university as a top student. During her master’s years she worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the psychology department. In 2024, she started her Human Resources career in a Netherlands based start-up company where she also supported her colleagues in business development.
Role in Manay CPA
As a Jr. Talent Acquisition Associate at Manay CPA, Buse spearheads both internal and client recruitment efforts, utilizing diverse strategies to attract top talent and ensuring a strong onboarding process. She builds strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, leverages HR analytics for data-driven decision-making, and helps align recruitment practices with organizational goals. In addition, she manages end-to-end hiring processes for multiple clients, acting as a key bridge between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience.
In Daily Life
In her daily life, Buse really enjoys doing sports. Pilates and basketball are her favorite activities. Besides that, she has a huge library and reads all kinds of books, but romantic ones are her favorite. Last but not least, she takes pleasure in cooking gluten-free desserts.
