Elif Yorulmaz

Professional Experience 

Elif graduated from Başkent University, Department of Business Administration, as an honor student, with third degree. While she was at university, she interned in the Tax department of EY, one of the big four companies. After graduation, she started her professional career in EY’s Tax department. Here she gained experience and improved herself in tax auditing and consultancy of companies. She then continued her career in the Finance Department of Keyvac Biological Products. Here, she took part in carrying out the operational processes of the company’s financial affairs such as all invoice records, payment and bank processes, reconciliation transactions, VAT controls, declaration and budget preparations, contract follow-up, in accordance with the company procedures. Finally, she successfully passed the CPA trainee exam in Turkiye.

Role in Manay CPA

Elif in her role at Manay CPA, supports the client engagement process for all assigned client engagements in accordance with the defined process. She carries out processes related to the management of accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping entries, monthly closing of books, and preparation of financial reporting and analysis. Her responsibilities include professional accounting and bookkeeping practices such as preparation of relevant financial statements and tax returns and reconciliation of payroll records. Conducts regular, detailed audits and analyzes profit margins to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenses and investments. Evaluates and investigates complex tax problems to identify solutions.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Elif loves folk dancing and horse riding. She conducts readings and research in the fields of healthy nutrition, personal care and perfumery. Also, she enjoys walking in nature in her spare time. She also likes to go and watch basketball games.
