Ecem graduated from Haliç University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2024, graduating with high honors. Before joining Manay CPA, she gained experience through various volunteer roles and worked in customer-focused positions and as a Project Assistant. Through her experience working with different teams and in multicultural environments, she has developed strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

At Manay CPA, Ecem works as an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO and Partners. This dynamic and multifaceted role gives Ecem the opportunity to develop in different areas and gain new skills. By supporting different teams and processes, she continues to build on her existing experience and gain new experiences throughout her professional journey.
In Daily Life
Outside of her professional life, Ecem enjoys knitting, swimming, and walking. She believes that creating is a process that enriches and contributes to personal growth; therefore, she enjoys spending her free time on creative activities that result in something tangible. She also enjoys discovering new places and traveling to experience new things and continue growing personally.
