Ilgem is a graduate of Hacettepe University with a BA in Business Administration. She began her career at EY as a Tax Assistant, where she gained hands-on experience in tax compliance and financial statement analysis. During her time at EY, she worked with corporate clients from various industries, supporting tax reporting processes and assisting with compliance requirements. She developed a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business operations while working in a fast-paced professional environment.
Role in Manay CPA
At Manay CPA, Ilgem supports accounting and tax processes for individual and business clients. Her responsibilities include assisting with client onboarding, bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, and tax compliance tasks. Through her role, she continues to develop her knowledge of U.S. accounting and taxation.
