Mert Buğra Üstün graduated from Izmir University of Economics, International Trade and Finance department with a 100% scolarship. During his studies, he completed an internship in the finance department of a logistics company and participated in the university’s mentorship program. These experiences helped him develop skills in financial analysis, risk management, and client communication.

At Manay CPA, Mert handles client onboarding, monthly accounting tasks, financial statement preparation, and individual and corporate tax filings. He also supports reporting processes and collaborates with different departments. Mert values working in an international and multicultural environment and is focused on improving his understanding of U.S. accounting systems and tax regulations.

Outside of work, Mert enjoys motorcycle touring and camping, exploring new places and cultures. He follows global financial trends and shows a strong interest in technology and personal development.
