Experience
Semanur is a graduate of Hacettepe University with a Bachelor’s degree in English Translation and Interpreting, where she developed advanced communication and cross-cultural interaction skills. During her Erasmus+ exchange at the University of Valladolid in Spain, she gained international experience and strengthened her ability to work with diverse profiles. After graduation, she worked at FIX Consulting as an International Export and Business Development Consultant. In this role, she supported clients’ sales and business development activities by conducting B2B market research, identifying potential leads, managing outreach, and assisting with export strategies and related documentation. She also contributed to preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and supporting client negotiations, gaining hands-on experience in international sales processes.
Role in Manay CPA
At Manay CPA, Semanur works as a Junior Sales Associate, supporting sales and business development activities. She assists with prospect research, outreach, and follow-up communication, and works closely with internal teams to support client acquisition and relationship management.

Beyond her professional work, Semanur is interested in psychology and human behavior. She enjoys attending music and cultural festivals, as well as playing video games, which she believes support strategic thinking. She values continuous learning and self-improvement.
