Cangul Senturk

Professional Experience 

Cangul graduated from Istanbul University with bachelor’s degree both in Health Management and Economics. During her studies, she had the opportunity to experience American culture through the Work and Travel program, working in various service industry roles. After graduating, she spent nearly a year in the U.S gaining diverse job experiences. Upon returning to Turkey, she began working as an Accounting Clerk for five months, where she supported invoice processing Accounts Payable (AP) team. She then transitioned to the Travel and Expense team at REEF Technology, where she worked for two years. In this role, she assisted employees with submitting their expense reports, reconciled bank statements with expense reports, and took on administrative duties related to travel and expense management.

Role in Manay CPA

At Manay CPA, Cangul plays a role of Jr. Accounting Associate. Her responsibilities include supporting client onboarding, managing accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP, as well as handling tax returns and tax research for both individuals and corporations.

Personal Interests

Outside of her work, Cangul enjoys summit and rock climbing, learning the piano, exploring new languages, and has a keen interest in cinema and music.
